The services we offer:
Organization of both Annual Meetings and Board of Director Meetings.
Financial Accounting Services: including payables, receivables, reconciliations, budgets, and acting as a liaison between the HOA, Title Companies and other entities.
Coordination with vendors and Board for both general maintenace and special projects.
Act as a liaison between owners, vendors, and the Board of Directors for each HOA.
HOA Polices Compliance: Review of policies and procedures to make sure they are compliant with the rules & regulations of the Division of Real Estate.
