Dear Homeowners,

 We are writing to bring to your attention a pressing issue regarding the spread of a noxious weed called White Top in our neighborhood.

White Top is a highly invasive weed that can rapidly spread from yard to yard, causing damage to lawns and gardens. It is crucial that we address this issue promptly to prevent it from spreading further and affecting other neighbors' yards. It is best to be sprayed as pulling it can sprout more weeds.

Failure to control the spread of White Top could result in fines from the homeowner's association. We urge you to take action immediately to identify and remove any White Top plants on your property.

Dear Neighbors,
As we move into the new season, we want to take a moment to remind everyone of some important guidelines for keeping our neighborhood beautiful, peaceful, and respectful.
Seasonal Decorations
We love to see the creative ways that our neighbors decorate their homes for the holidays and changing seasons. However, please make sure that your decorations are appropriate for the season and that they don't obstruct sidewalks or impede traffic.
Trash and Recycling
We all need to do our part in keeping our neighborhood clean and tidy. Please make sure that your trash cans are stored out of sight and that you follow the HOA guidelines for trash and recycling pick up.
Yard Maintenance
A well-maintained yard not only adds to the beauty of our neighborhood but also helps to maintain property values. Please keep your lawn mowed and edged, trees and shrubs trimmed, and any yard debris cleared away promptly. If you need help with weed management we can get you in contact with our neighborhood contractor. They will be spraying Saturday 4/29 so be mindful of pets wandering and open windows. 
Noise Control
We all want to enjoy our homes and our neighborhood, but we also need to be mindful of our neighbors. Please keep noise levels down, especially in the early morning and late evening. Let's respect each other's right to a peaceful and quiet home.
If you need any clarification or information on HOA guidelines please contact one of our board members. We have been receiving more calls related to these issues and would prefer they be resolved before fines are issued.
