We were just informed with the changing temperatures coming that the irrigation district has decided to shut down the irrigation tomorrow 10.26.23.  Please make sure to winterize your systems.

Irrigation will be shut down for the season on 10.31.23 unless we get an early cold snap.  Please plan accordingly.  Thanks!

8.2.23
Irrigation will be shut off on 8-2-23 at 8am for a few hours so a homeowner can do a repair.  It will be shut back on in the afternoon.  Please plan accordingly.  Thanks!

Irrigation is expected to be turned on for the season on or around Friday April 14
th, 2023.  Please make sure your valves are closed so when it is turned on you don’t flood out your neighbors.  We will be opening the valves and letting the system charge up and clear out over the weekend.  We have posted to this to the HOA website and will also post it to the neighborhood signs as well.  Thank you!  Happy Spring!

9.1.22

We had to shut down one of the main laterals today for an emergency break in a homeowners system.  Some users will have water and others will not.  We should have everything back on and running later today around 7pm.  Thanks for your understanding.
