My Service Ratings

Paul worked hard to help me get my house sold. With me currently residing in another state I could not have got everything done to close a deal. He was a huge help in coordinating estimates and repairs that were needed. He also was good about communicating everything with me. I am grateful for his expertise during the whole process. Great job!

Paul did an amazing job and finding the perfect house that we were looking for even when it wasnt the easiest search. He went above and beyond in walking us through the home buying process to ensure that we understood everything that needed to be done. He was friendly and always in contact with us. When we are ready to upgrade to something bigger we will definitely use Paul!

My Service Ratings

Paul helped us buy our first house. He was a great resource and in no way did we ever feel pressured to buy a house we were looking at. We were looking for a fixer upper and we drug paul to some pretty scary houses but he was always happy to oblige. We ended up buying a foreclosure through a holding company with which Paul was also very helpful. I will be contacting paul with any further real estate transactions. ; )

Paul got us our dream house for a great price! He showed us lots of options and was patient in meeting our needs and time frame. Paul was calm and cool during a tough appraisal. He understood the process and got us home.

My Service Ratings

Excellent experience buying a home with Paul's guidance. We were completely unfamiliar with the area and Paul spent the time needed to educate us on the area. More importantly he made the effort to get to know our family so he could present options to meet our particular needs. We would definitely recommend Paul. He is the best!

My Service Ratings

I have bought multiple investment properties with Paul. He got to know me and my need. His advise kept me from making some very bad mistakes in choosing the location, advising on property condition and knowing current market. When I contacted him requesting to view properties he was always responsive and had the information I needed to make a sound decision. His willingness to view each and every property I want to see amazed me. He really enjoys his job and was always helpful.

I recommend him to all my friends and family who are in the market for a home.

It was nice working with Paul. He was very patient and showed us numerous properties over several months until we found some that worked for us. Negotiations and contract process was easy and smooth. Also had excellent experience with the local mortgage company he referred us to.
