I was raised in Moab Utah with four brothers. My dad owned Pioneer Drilling Company and we spent lots of time in and around the Moab area prospecting for uranium. Trips to Grand Junction were two hours away, but it was considered normal to come over for shopping, doctor appointments, picking up parts for the drill rig, or a good time. I treasure a letter written to my dad and grandfather from Grand Junction in 1954 telling them their Geiger Counter was ready for pick-up.

Hello, my name is Jason Snider and I am a Colorado native who has grown up on the western slope. I married my middle school sweetheart and now have four amazing children. We have called the grand valley home since 2006. I love raising my kids in a place with such amazing opportunities and incredible resources.
