Noticing a decline in home sales? According to Real Trends, even the hot markets like San Francisco and Denver are showing increased inventory and decreased sales. The days of multiple offers are starting to come to a halt as buyers in the mid to high-price ranges have more inventory to choose from. You can see them everywhere now. From farmers markets to weddings, even in the parks. I’m talking food trucks. Little restaurants on wheels! What could be better that multiple food types gathered in one area for you to pick a choose from. Not much in my book.
Not only are they awesome for the community to enjoy but majority of food trucks are owned by local people living out that restaurant dream without limiting their delicious entrees to one central location.
