I sat down with Judy Rayment & asked her advice for first time home sellers & answers to FAQ's!

Q: When is the best time to sell my home?
A: NOW! Grand Junction, CO. made Housewire's top 10 list of markets projected to appreciate the most in 2019. Don't shy away from selling in the winter either. There is still a large amount of serious, quality buyers in the colder seasons.

Q: How do you determine how much my home is worth?
A: Comparables; area/subdivisions/adjustments. For example, if you have a 3 car garage on a street with 2 car garages that adds value or if you're comparing a 1/2 acre to 1/4 acre, etc.

Q: Can I check my homes worth online?
A: There are online calculators, but that is a risky thing to do as it is not adjusted accordingly. It is all based on the data you have entered so it's not completely accurate (see question & answer above).
