Own a piece of Telluride's storied history - this Colorado Ave real estate has played host to iconic music since the 80s as Fly me to the Moon Saloon and has recently also been home to the infamous O'Bannon's Pub, once voted best dive bar in Colorado. The rough rock walls of the approx 2640sf below grade space in the middle of Colorado Avenue, were painted in 2017 to give the place a lighter aura. At the same time, the bar and fixtures were completely rebuilt and baths were remodeled.
