CB Industries-Delta is a permitted disposal facility located in Delta County, Colorado. In operation since 2004, it is licensed through the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) and Delta County to accept septage waste, grease trap waste, sand trap waste, and animal mortalities, as well as biosolids from municipal wastewater treatment plants. The facility is also permitted to accept petroleum contaminated soils from drilling operations or diesel spills. The site is comprised of 248 acres, with 100 acres under active permit and the remaining 148 acres serving as buffer ground. A total of 15 monitoring wells are installed on the property. The facility has a current Air Pollution Emissions Notice (APEN) permit from the State of Colorado for both its composting and landfarming operations.
