Dear College Place Owners and Tenants:

 

Please be aware that the cooler shutdowns and boiler startups have been scheduled for October 10th and 11th, 2022.  Please plan accordingly.  

 

Just a reminder, if you or your tenants have a pet, please make sure that they are being cleaned up after. The common areas are for everyone’s enjoyment.  Please remove all personal items from the common areas as well.  

 

The fireplaces are decorative ONLY! These are not functioning fireplaces, are not up to code and are a major fire hazard if used. Please be prompt in letting your tenants know they are NOT to use the fireplaces.

We will need access to the following units per the table below to service and turn on the swamp coolers we will be starting the mornings and working until the afternoons:

 

Buildings 1 & 2: Units 1-12 -Monday May 9

Building 3: Units 13-18 - Tuesday May 10

Buildings 4 & 5: Units 19-35 -Wednesday May 11

Buildings 6 & 7: Units 36-48- Thursday May 12

Building 8: Units 49-52- Friday May 13

 

Thank you for cooperation, we look forward to turning on your swamp cooler.  Please note, we might be faster or slower than the dates listed depending on the work that is required for each swamp cooler.  Thanks for your understanding.
