I hope for you this means you've started the new year off strong & you're crushing your new year resolutions! It isn't always easy to stick with goals that are new to you & your body. Keep that in mind if your goals involve a new meal plan, working out, or even entering a new class. Everyone has to start out somewhere. Whatever your goals may be, remember to take care of yourself first! Feed your soul with so much gratitude for your life and the fact that you can imagine and want to take the necessary steps to become the best version of yourself. When it starts to get tough, don’t lose motivation. What you do today, your future self will thank you for it! On your 2019 journey, don’t forget to show your support team some appreciation and spend time with them. For the ones that keep you accountable. For the ones that take the pressure off. For the ones that listen to you constantly battle yourself back and forth, WE THANK YOU!! February & Valentine’s day isn't JUST for couples. Grab your gals, your parents, or even a friend you’ve been meaning to catch up with & take your pick: Coffee, wine, pastries or all three? A recently opened coffee & wine house has brought quite a variety of people to one location. Pressed has wrapped everything that makes you feel warm inside in to one adorably furnished building.Pressed is a family friendly coffee & wine house on 3rd St. in Palisade, CO. that also features cocktails, local wines, and delicious eats!Who doesn’t love to sip craft beer while you shop?
