My experience with Megan Wiese was the best one I have ever had with any realtor. My back story is that I am a very hard sell and I am a very particular with what I want in a house and where I want the location to be. I worked with 2 other Realtors since June 2015 and both gave up so I had given up on all Realtors and was going into the finding a house on my own. I found a house in May 2017 and Megan was sent the info to contact me and I was astonished because within 5 min I had a phone call from her, mind you days later I got a call from other Realtors about the same house, and we had a showing set up for that same day. After deciding that house was sinking and in a bad way I found another house and she had a showing 5 min later, WOW! From there I decided to work with her. Megan had taken us to about 15 showings and was always sending us links to houses and scoping out the potential properties before sending me the links. On July 2nd we put an offer in on a house that was about $25,000 out of our price range and Megan didn’t hesitate when I put the offer in $30,000 less than asking price. After 1 days we got a counter offer and Megan was the one that did the research and encouraged us to take the offer because she was confident that the house appraised for at least asking price. FYI she was spot on with the appraisal. By July 5th we were on our way to closing in just 23 very short days Megan and my lender work diligently together to get me the information on time and follow up to keep me in the loop.

After closing, she has stopped by on 3 different occasions to see the very crazy, long 2-week transformation that happened. She always asked if there was anything else she could get for me or do for me and she has always been humble. She always made sure to include my 3year in the long process. Megan has become a big part in one of many BIG changes that have happened in my life in the last 3 months. I will refer everyone to Megan because I know that their experience will be an amazing one.
The Wiese family has now become a big part of our lives and we consider them part of the family, I have nothing but heartfelt things to say about her.
I would highly recommend Megan Wiese. She was an absolute pleasure to do business with. She went above and beyond to make things go smoothly and worked very hard to meet time lines and was amazing at finding the answer to any question I had. We are super happy with our new home and I don't think I could have found a better person to help make it happen.
