As much as we don’t want to admit it, it’s hard to imagine your life without a cellphone. Eliminate the distraction! Unless you’re using it wisely (tip #2!) you don’t need to be available every second of every day. Even if it's just for a few minutes, connect with yourself & your loved ones while you disconnect from technology.

Listening to music has been scientifically proven to improve one’s mood. Listen to your favorite tunes, calming sounds, or podcasts. Spotify & YouTube have made it incredibly easy to dive in to any of these categories with pre-made playlists!

As important as it is to take care of yourself on the outside, it is just as important to take care of yourself on the inside & drink your water (in non-plastic water bottles of course!). Stay alert, hydrated, & energized by drinking plenty water throughout the day. Pinterest has a large selection of infused water ideas that are irresistible! Try something new like Grapefruit water (speeds up metabolism), Cucumber water (detoxification), or the classic Lemon water (boosts energy & bumps up the vitamin C quotient & leaves your breath smelling fresh!)
