Well, to be straight forward and honest, I was not fortunate to have a buy/sell experience with Tammie Martin, however, I was a renter of one of her buildings this year in April, it was a short term lease. She was awesome, I was able to view my unit, she approved and moved forward with processes to take over the unit, it was very quick, honest, no shady bit about it, she was clean and took great pride in the complex and if I had any issue, she was on it, as fast and professional as each issue was not a long drawn out fight, she let myself and other tenants know what was up and that in itself was what I found to be the raddest in a realtor/landlord whatever you want to say, I hope I don't throw off this review board. I just think in my words, she is a woman about the business, knows it, has a passion for what she does, thanks Tammie, Keep on keeping on'

She stayed in contact and advised us every step of the way, both in marketing our home and working up a useful search criteria to pinpoint desirable homes available within our price range. We were very impressed with her years of experience in the GJ housing market and her level of marketing skills, including shepherding us through the closing procedures without a hitch.
